25 Events: Discussion Series

September 20 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Join your fellow brothers and sisters in Christ for a seven week discussion series surrounding the 25 important events in Church history. This series will be held on Wednesday evenings from 7-8pm and is facilitated by Linda T. Anglin. Each week is self-contained. Come to one or all. You are encouraged to attend week one as we lay the groundwork for the remaining sessions. Materials are provided with a suggested donation of $5 per person.

Schedule is as follows:

Sept. 20:  Introduction and age from 030-65 AD

Sept. 27: 070 AD to 325 AD, The fall of Jerusalem to the Great Persecution

Oct. 4: 367 AD -540 AD Defining the New Testament to Monasteries

Oct. 11: 988 AD to 1378 AD Christian Russia to the Papal schism

Oct. 18:1456 AD to 1534 AD Gutenberg, Luther, Anabaptists, Henry VII

Oct. 25: 1536 AD to 1738 Calvin, Council of Trent, King James’ Bible, Wesley

Nov. 1: 1740 AD to 1963 AD Great Awakening, 2nd Vatican Council, MLK, Graham
